hugely bigly. Its the bigliest building I’ve designed. we have a meeting with the owner/client and and city planning board to what they think before we proceed officially with the submission. I anticipate them also saying, my its so bigly.
a thing i want: a 4 door 5 seater with a short bed that can handle both a turn and a snow bank and not suck gas like a frat boy.
I’m thinking this thing:
but with the performance bit of this:

I couldn’t design buildings, besides the lack of skill, I’d be too tempted to do the Monty Python Architect sketch.

LOL - saw that as well, but was thinking Model S, though it does look a lil stubby.

I’m sorry but all this additional housing is going to only increase homelessness.

The headlights and stubbiness are what tipped me off.

My issue with being an architect I would not deign in the contemporary style. This 6 level apartment home was designed with Colonial architecture with Gothic and Elizabethan influences. The church structure is a brutalist structure with classical patterning.

How does this happen?
![]() 05/15/2018 at 12:08 |

how does that work? 4 units turns into 55? 10% are required to be ‘market rate’
![]() 05/15/2018 at 12:10 |

10% have to be market rate?
Thats... reasonable.
I think it should be done here too

The planners of North American cities have determined that any increase of the housing supply will lead to more homelessness. Why do you doubt these experts?

![]() 05/15/2018 at 12:19 |

The solution is to build more old buildings.

This reminds me of the loud wood framed stuff around Seattle that gets touted as “luxury apartments” by money laundering developers.

I thought a chronically inadequate support system for the mentally ill was what led to more homelessness?
